Hunter recently won his first bodybuilding competition ever. He not only won his class, Heavy Weight Open Bodybuilding, but he also managed to win the overall trophy at the 2016 Branch Warren Classic, held here in Houston Texas.
Step 1 – Make sure your Humerus bone stays vertical to the ground, all of the motion should happen at the elbow joint.
Step 2 – Keep elbows in line with shoulders during the entire range of motion.
Step 3 – Start with doing both arms at the same time, a great way to reach full exhaustion is to switch to single arm skull crushers when your muscles start to fatigue, while making sure you maintain perfect form throughout the rep.
