Strawberry ice-cream protein

I have found the cure to my ice cream addiction. My b/f has this blender called a vitamix. I put in a packet of protein, lots of ice and a little milk. Blend and put in freezer for 15-20 minutes. BAM! Delicious healthy ice cream. I am not going to lie it doesn't taste the exact same but darn close. The fact that it's so much healthier for me makes it that much better then ice cream! So happy for this product!

I agree with a lot of the thing that have been said below. I only eat 2 -3 meals a day. Its what I have gotten use to and it's always hard to break habits. I knew that I needed more protein in my diet. These packets work perfect. I purchased the powder before but I always forgot to make my shake before I leave the house. Now I leave a few packets in the car and at work. Feeling and looking the I should be. :) 5/5

For having a very low amount of sugar and no artificial fillers, this product is extremely tasty. My husband's protein powder has more sugars and I would say that mine still tastes better. I think he's jealous but he wont admit it. lol Highly recommended to anyone looking for a low carb protein powder.

Breakfast has been a struggle. After seeing a Nutritionist she recommended I make these things called super shakes. I put in a cup of frozen spinach or kale, a frozen banana, almond milk, a few almonds, and 1 pack of Labrada's low carb protein packet. Don't knock it until you try it.... it looks weird but tastes much better! I have lost 8 pounds of fat in 4 months, eating more then I use to. Energy levels are much higher also. Highly recommend this product and try a super shake!
