Look at these results! I cannont believe the changes I have made outwardly and in my mindset. I didnt think I would ever in this lifetime make such a healthy change for Me! As a 49 year old father, I remained committed to my end goal. The challenge did change my body. I lost fat and gained muscle. While family life and daily work didn't make the contest easy, I managed to stay on course. Without fail, I ate every three hours on the hour and worked out daily x 12 weeks. I honestly did not cheat once! I was completely committed to finishing this challenge and truthfully I did. I am proud of that accomplishment!
