I feel such a sense of hope and optimism that I have not had in such a long time. Almost like when you are a little kid and think you can do or be anything. When I turn 50 in September, I plan on being in great shape with an incredible sense of confidence and fierce determination. Thanks to this challenge, I have started the ball rolling on a career I have only "wished" for .... no more wishing and all doing! Thank you Lee Labrada and Lean Body Challenge!

I had to continue to trust the process, change my habits and continue my journey. I'm more confident, feel like any difficult situation at work I can handle and getting to the gym is a non-negotiable. I have to get my work-out in or my day will not be the same. As I continue to make healthy eating decision paired with the right fitness program then I know I'll eventually win. Winning is being comfortable taking off my shirt in public and being able to look at myself in the mirror and say there is a healthy person.
