I try not to concentrate on what I would have looked like if I could have continued going to the gym! I feel so much better about myself and I have more energy. I DO know that I did NOT quit, despite wanting to throw in the towel! I cannot wait to be able to finally go back to the gym, and also, to go to a playground and run around with my 4 year old!!
Lost 22 lbs & 8% Body Fat
My physical successes were 22 pounds of weight loss and a change of 8.1% in body fat. I did accomplish my goal of 20 pounds of weight loss by my daily food regimen and physical activity. Every day I woke up focusing on the day ahead. I would begin each day by internalizing the things I appreciated in my life and remembering each day was a new day. That clarity gave me the motivation to succeed.
