Hi ,

I ran across an article this week linking obesity with increased risk of dying from Covid. Let’s face it, whether it’s Covid or any another cause, being obese places you at higher unnecessary risk.

You may not be obese, but perhaps you could stand to lose 10, 20 or 30 pounds of fat. We are here to help.

Staying on a good nutrition plan will help you get leaner but involves simple preparation of meals ahead of time to allow you to stay ahead of hunger and nourish lean muscle.

In this week’s newsletter, I’m going to show you a short video with a nutrition hack that will help you get leaner. We’re also going to share the 10 Commandments for
Building Muscle & Getting Lean. Don’t miss this one... open the article now, you’ll be glad you did.

Please be sure to let us know how we’re doing? The best way to do that is by reading through the articles, and then leaving your comments at the end. Thanks so much, and enjoy!

Have a healthy week!

LEAN BODY SUCCESS STORIES OF THE WEEK

Paola Martinez
Lost 31 lbs & 4% Body Fat
Physical success was going from wearing size 16 jeans to size 10 in 12 weeks! I cried tears of happiness once I was able to wear clothes I haven't worn in two years. Eating healthier also helped out tremendously regarding breastfeeding my baby. She has not had any tummy problems and my supply has stayed constant. Emotional success is feeling sexy again! Loving myself again and proving to myself that I can do it.

Kyle McBay
Lost 11 lbs & 3% Body Fat
My goal was to get bigger and more muscular that I ever have been. Depending on your perspective, I am 'lucky' to have always been the skinny kid. Worked out but it never really showed the way I wanted it to. I am proud to say that my physique is the best it has ever been in my almost 45 years, that is something I am immensely proud of. I will continue to carry on this lifestyle, to keep improving.
