Hi ,

Sometimes I get asked why I put out this free newsletter every week? The answer is pretty simple. It’s because I have dedicated the majority of my adult life to helping other people get into great shape. It’s a passion of mine.

If you’re one of the countless thousands that struggle to stay in shape, then you’ve come to the right place. The Lean Body Nation newsletter is dedicated to helping you achieve your best body.

Achieving your best possible shape doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, if you just consistently follow a few important rules, there’s nothing to stop you from reducing your body fat to low single digits while keeping muscle gains on an upward trajectory. Check out the article in this weeks newsletter that will show you how to do both!

We will also teach you how to avoid 5 major fat loss mistakes that may be holding you back; and finally we will explore functional training as a way to get more motivated than you’ve felt in a long time.

Please be sure to let us know how we’re doing? The best way to do that is by reading through the articles, and then leaving your comments at the end. Thanks so much, and enjoy!

Have a healthy week!

LEAN BODY SUCCESS STORIES OF THE WEEK

Sally Hanlon
Lost 13 lbs & 6% Body Fat
My husband was my initial motivator and supporter because we were doing it together. We helped each other to stay on track. I liked how my physique was changing. My kids & husband were complimenting me, so I wanted to see how much better I could look at the end of the 12 wks!!! With the pandemic, working-out and the LBC was the only thing I had the power to control. It has kept me physically and mentally healthy!

William O'Rourke
Lost 33 lbs
My goals were to get healthy! I needed to lose fat, gain muscle, have more energy and overall get physically and mentally healthy so I can be around for this beautiful family of mine. I went from a fat mess at 233 lbs to 199 lbs and I'm not done yet. I'm gonna keep it up, looking to get to around 180 lbs. I feel leaner, have more energy and my mood is positive, considering this unfortunate time.
