Hi ,

It's been a busy couple of weeks at Labrada HQ with the Lean Body Challenge kicking off. We have had thousands of people take up the challenge this year and I'm excited to see the results at the end of the 12 weeks.

This week my old friend, Hugo Rivera, shares his 7 killer ab strategies. I like to listen to people who walk the walk, as well as, talk the talk. Plus, Hugo has great abs so I'm always happy to share his insight with our subscribers.

I was so out of shape at the start of the challenge that I could barely complete 1 mile walk on the treadmill and the workouts were very difficult for me. At beginning of week 12 I completed a 6.4 mile moderately strenuous hike! My knees didn't even hurt!! The emotional successes show in my confidence/ smile. This challenge proved that my strength, resilience, and courage is plentiful and I'm so proud of myself :)
