Hey there ,

So I’m walking into the lunchroom today, and one of my cohorts at Labrada Nutrition jokingly says :

“Hey Lee what are the secret foods you’re eating to stay in such great shape?”

I found this kind of amusing because by now they know that my meals are always comprised of a protein and a complex carbohydrate. Nothing too difficult.
