Hey there ,

So, yesterday I’m in the gym and I am starting my leg workout... so naturally, I head over to the leg press machine.

And then I thought to myself “why do I always start with leg presses?”

Have you ever wondered why you do the things you do?

A lot of times people will chase a goal, without really asking themselves why am I doing this?

In other words, you might know that you want to get into shape, drop 10 pounds of body fat or put a half-inch on your biceps, but have you ever asked yourself “why?”

This week I’ve created a great article for you on finding your ‘why?’

Regardless of the reason, when you ask yourself the ‘why’ question, you will get closer to the root of that which really motivates you. You can then use this to refuel your efforts until you have reached your goals.

Speaking of refueling, this newsletter is packed with great information, to refuel your mind!  Be sure to check out the new articles on the 20-minute workout, foods you might think are healthy but aren’t part 2, developing a personal approach to success, and how to season foods for great taste!

Want to know a secret? I do read all of your feedback and comments, as does our editorial team. We value your input, so be sure to rate our articles, please!

That will help us to keep doing a better job for you with each issue. Thank you so much...

Stay positive and have a great week!

Lost 14 lbs

My biggest challenge was changing my workouts so soon after finally getting a routine at the gym. When the community center closed due to COVID-19, I cleared a spot at home, and started doing the exercises that are listed in packet. I feel so much better about myself and I have more energy. I DO know that I did NOT quit, despite wanting to throw in the towel! I cannot wait to be able to finally go back to the gym, and also, to go to a playground and run around with my 4 year old!!

Lost 23 lbs & 8% Body Fat
I have found a new level of happiness with the success that I have made in the short 90 day period. My depression and anxiety is all but gone and I feel a new hope for my life. The changes I have made to my eating habits have made me feel clear and focused and I cannot go a day without some form of exercise. Despite the obvious change in my physique during the challenge, the emotional success has been more powerful in my daily life and I am so excited to continue the journey.
