If you’re like me, you’ve probably encountered some challenges this year. For some of you it’s been your gym closing down. For others it’s been the stress of dealing with a life that’s been turned upside down.
Regardless of the challenges that you’re facing in your training and nutrition program, flexibility is the key to moving forward and being successful. The ability to pivot and find a another way forward is a key factor of success. That’s why I wrote a new article for you on overcoming challenges and winning.
In this edition you’ll also find very informative articles we’ve created for you on push-pull training; lean body mass and its relationship to health and aging; the use of tyrosine for anxiety and depression; and eating and exercising on the go.
As always, we value your feedback and comments, so be sure to rate our articles at the end of each one, please! That will help us to keep doing a better job for you with each issue.
Have a great and healthy week, Lee
Push – Pull Training: Tried and True Results
This program is a must-have in your toolbox of training cycles.
The success this challenge gave me is like nothing I ever experienced. The physical changes led to many emotional changes. I began to feel proud of myself, my physique, and my success. My challenge success pushed me past my own limits and gave me the courage to post a few selfies of how far I had come. That was a huge breakthrough for me emotionally and it felt great! This success gave me more confidence then I have ever known!
Lost 33 lbs
My goals were to get healthy! I needed to lose fat, gain muscle, have more energy and overall get physically and mentally healthy so I can be around for this beautiful family of mine. I will be 50 in August, it's time to get in shape. I went from a fat mess at 233 lbs to 199 lbs and I'm not done yet. I'm gonna keep it up! I feel
leaner, have more energy and my mood is positive, considering this unfortunate time.
