Hey there ,

I believe it’s important to live in the moment. It’s important to actually be there, and to be engaged. It’s what some people call carpe diem, or seizing the day.

All too often it’s easy to get distracted from being In the moment. I think that distractions even leak into our gym life. While we’re working out, it’s easy to get distracted. And that lessens the joy that we get from the workout experience.

That’s why this week I wrote an article about this very topic.

I want to encourage you to get into the moment, to enjoy the feeling of being alive, to enjoy the feeling of working your muscles and listening to your breathing. And...to enjoy the company of those who are exerting themselves alongside you in the gym.

I hope you’ll also enjoy the other unique articles you’ll find in this newsletter... On topics ranging from glute training; and foods that can sabotage your fat loss; to making changes in your training that can help boost your immune system.

As always, we value your feedback and comments, so be sure to rate our articles at the end of each one, please! That will help us to keep doing a better job for you with each issue.

Have a great and healthy week,

Lee

Towards the last 4 wks, as a nurse and mother, my life was under lots of stress and changes, So working-out and the LBC was the only thing I had the power to control!
