In this week's Lean Body Coaching newsletter, we'll be taking you to the "gun show"... No, not a Hollywood shoot-em-up, but into the gym for a great biceps workout!

The "biceps" as everyone know them, is actually comprised of two related, but different muscles. The bicep brachii is the muscle that balls up into a nice baseball like shape when a bodybuilder flexes his arm. But there is also the smaller brachialis, which sits underneath and to the sides of the bicep brachii. This week, Jim Vaglica focusses on the larger of the two muscles, the two headed, bicep brachii.

We'll be revealing which exercises give you the biggest bang for your buck and importantly, a step-by-step run through on how to perform them. Follow the advice in this newsletter and you may soon be bursting out of those shirt sleeves!

This week's guest author, Jim Vaglica, is a police patrol supervisor, a member of an elite regional SWAT team and a competitive athlete. You may also recognise him from his stint as a reality TV star on Mark Burnett's Expedition Impossible series.
