Motivation is the core foundation of all athletic accomplishment and simply put, the mental drive required to achieve a goal.
One of the most powerful ways to become and stay motivated, is by measuring your progressIf you can't measure your progress, you can't stay motivated - you can take that to the bank.
Whether it be, how much fat you've lost or how muscle you've gained. Measuring it is critical, if you want to stay on track.
