Whether you're a guy who wants to build muscle, or a gal who wants to tone muscle and lose fat, weight training combined with proper nutrition is the key.

Over the years, I've helped literally thousands of people reach their goals of a leaner, stronger body with my tried-and-true lean body training and nutrition principles.

When you are just starting out in the gym, your body will require very little stimulation from weight training in order to achieve gains in strength and lean muscle mass.  

However at some point, your body will adapt to the exercise, and despite your best efforts, you'll find you've "hit a plateau."

Today, I'm laying out a number of strategies you can utilize to jump start your progress when your results slow down or worse, stop altogether.
