No Time To Workout ? How About Just THREE Minutes?


Today's Lean Body Coaching Club newsletter is about time, or more specifically, the lack of it.

Time is one of our most valued commodities and sometimes it's hard to balance work and family along with your exercise program, but where there's a will, there's a way.

By utilizing very brief, effective, intense home workouts you don't have to let time be a barrier to getting in shape - you can reduce both the time required to exercise and the time wasted sat in "gym traffic".

From the huge volume of feedback I receive, I know it's a big issue for many of our subscribers, so I've decided to create an entire series of 3 minute workouts that you can do in the privacy and comfort of your own home with nothing more than a basic barbell and a set of dumbbells.

With the right mindset, effort and correct exercise performance, you really can get a killer bicep workout for example in just a few short minutes.
