In today's Lean Body Coaching newsletter, you're going to find out how to bust through a fat loss plateau.
It's quite likely you've experienced this phenomenon yourself. You're making great progress, looking leaner, and getting healthier - everything is going according to plan.
Then progress starts to slow  and within a couple of weeks, it's comes to an abrupt halt.
At this point, there's typically a knee-jerk reaction which involves cutting calories to the bone, eliminating carbohydrates or a combination of both.
To break a plateau , it's important to understand your body's priority isn't losing fat, it's survival.  Simply restricting caloric intake isn't an optimal solution. In fact, it's often counterproductive, slowing fat loss even further.
You need to finesse, coax and trick your body into releasing fat reserves. One of the most efficient ways to achieve this goal is by "cycling your carbohydrate intake, also know as carb cycling.
In today's Lean Body Coaching newsletter, natural bodybuilder and international best- selling fitness author Hugo Rivera covers carb cycling in great detail. Hugo provides the exact calculations you need to create your own carb cycling diet so you can ...

When is the best time to take Fish Oils?

Our "Ask Lee" today comes from Janet D. - New York

Dear Mr Labrada, I have a question regarding fish oils.

After reading information on the benefits of fish oils, I purchased some of your lean lipids.   On your site, you specify to take the fish oils with meals, is there any reason for that?

Hi Janet, first of all, thank you for being a Labrada customer.

Lean Body Lean Lipid
For Fat Loss & Overall Health

There are two primary reasons for the  recommended timing of Lean Body Lean Lipid.

The first is that fatty acids have superior absorption rates when digested with meals. The second reason is that some individuals experience indigestion when swallowing any type of pills on an empty stomach.

Dissecting the considerable amount of data that led to those conclusions is beyond the scope of this newsletter as it would extend to numerous pages.

Please note - that we do provide all the studies and a common sense explanation of those studies, that you can read up on here.

I do however,  want to share  some interesting data which landed on my desk recently. It adds even more weight to our decision to recommend Lean Body Lean Lipid be taken with meals.

The studies are lengthy and complex so let me summarize the data for you.

Researchers suggested that when a high concentration of Omega-3 fish oil was ingested in conjunction with food, the participants increased the amount of calories their bodies burned after eating the food.

The results were significant. The thermic effect increased by over 50% during the six hours following the meal eaten with fish oil.

The individuals tested burned over 900 calories during the period after eating the meal when their metabolism was elevated.

In other words, your body burns more calories digesting the food, when fish oils are included as a  component of the meal.

This is good news, if you're looking to maintain a lean physique.

When you take into consideration all the health benefits of taking a fish oil supplement , along with the various mechanisms  that assist fat loss, it really is a "no-brainer" supplement.

I believe everybody, should consider taking a well-made fish oil supplement. We formulated Lean Body Lean Lipid to be optimal for both fat loss and improved health. There's nothing else like it on the market.
