How Long Can I Take BCAA's Before I need to Stop?

Mr Labrada, hello. 

I have been taking Labrada Lean Mass 60 on top of my normal diet for many months and gained 7lbs of muscle, I think it is amazing, even my wife enjoys the taste.

My question is,  I want to purchase Labrada BCAA's and take them before and after training, are there any side effects to taking BCAA's for long periods?
