In our feature article, Lauren Frahn talks about living the single lady lifestyle and staying motivated.
If you are struggling to find a balance with your social life and fitness or know someone who is, this is an excellent read on motivation.

In this quick video, Jamie gives you some advice on how to stay motivated on those days you just don't feel like working out.

Jamie recently shot with Paul Buceta for STRONG magazine!  This is a big deal for Jamie because it was her very first fitness photo shoot since her baby boy was born in August.
She looks incredible and sets a great example of how to juggle caring for a baby, a career, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Subscribe to STRONG before April 10th to receive Jamie's cover issue.

My Favorite Gym Hair Style:
The Sporty Braid.
By Kelsey Byers
As long as your hair is long enough, pulling it back in a braid can keep it out of your eyes while working out.
Even with my hair cut in layers, I use bobby pins to pull it back.
A braid looks stylish and sporty and keeping your hair off of your skin can prevent breakouts caused by sweat.
