It’s that time of year, and I recently went on a holiday shopping outing with my wife Robin. As we were walking through the mall, I could not help but notice how many overweight people there were.

Being a nutritional coach, it breaks my heart to imagine how many of these people truly want to lose weight and seemingly cannot.
