Are you tired of spending hours in the gym and not seeing much in return? We all have things to get done outside of our fitness life. "Lose 20 pounds in 30 days". It's not unusual to see such outrageous claims in advertisements. While it's technically possible, fad diets are to be avoided. 
Bodyweight exercises are the core of resistance training and some of the most effective movements you can do to improve your fitness and physique.
