Caramelized Rum Banana Protein Pancakes

Ask anyone and they would never know these were actually healthy protein pancakes. These bananas foster reminiscent pancakes are fluffy and contain zero protein taste. Each bite is deliciously fluffy with warm rum butter banana flavor and a hint of crunch from the walnuts.

Topping Ingredients:
-1/2 a banana (62g)
-1 tbsp Move Over Butter butter spread
-2 tsp light brown sugar
-1/4 serving of walnuts (7g)
-1 tbsp dark rum

Pancake Ingredients:
-1 tbsp plain vanilla almond milk
-1 tbsp Greek plain yogurt
-1 tbsp baking Truvia
-1 egg white
-1 serving Trader Joe’s toasted coconut pancake mix
15g Vanilla Jamie Eason’s Lean Body for Her protein powder

-Heat butter, brown sugar and the 1/2 banana slices and walnuts on the stove in a pan on low heat
-Add the rum after 1 minute
-Spray a second fry pan with coconut oil and start cooking the pancakes which you mixed together with the rest of the ingredients
-Stack and enjoy (use the topping as syrup)
