Just because it is “long sleeves” weather does not give you a free pass out of your upper body workouts 😉

Time to warm up those DELTS and create some SHOULDER-IFFIC arms!!LAT’s get to training! 🙂

*Again, please keep in mind that this workout is more advanced, so if you are just starting out, you can perform standard sets (without the drop) and remove the super sets, if necessary.If you remove the super sets, just complete each exercise individually before moving on to the next.

**Additionally, it is obvious that I like to include a lot of exercises in my workouts! JIf you decide, you may choose a smaller number of exercises from the list to perform, making sure to hit ALL three heads of your shoulder.
