Whenever you set a GOAL, do not “short-change” yourself by making it a small one, just because it is more “easily” attainable. Make it BIG, knowing that this is how DREAMS become REALITY!

The truth is, that whether big or small, the STEPS at ACHIEVING the goal are basically the SAME! True, there may be MORE of these steps when you are pursuing larger goals, but the fact of the matter is that all that you have to do is TAKE THEM!

Enormous goals that will make you REACH are the only ones that you should be setting for yourself. While they can seem to be overwhelming, I am going to “break it down” for you as to how to make them less so…BREAK THEM DOWN! Take them ONE STEP at a TIME! Write down the ORDER of ACTIONS that will be required for you to eventually ACCOMPLISH this goal…and than START with #1! Everyone can handle one step at a time, so GET MOVING!! The “magic” of this PROCESS is that you are making PROGRESS! Each and EVERY one will bring you closer and CLOSER to your SUCCESS!!

LABRADA fans, THINK BIG! NEVER SETTLE! Even the most INCREDIBLE of achievements ALL involved the collections of “simple” tasks to make them happen…now MAKE THEM HAPPEN for YOU!

Remember, whether you are working toward a big CAREER move or a fabulous FITNESS goal, the PROCESS for ultimate PROGRESS is always the same: take it ONE STEP…or ONE “REP”…at a time! Now stop simply “talking”…and GET “WALKING”! 🙂
