Keep It Simple
by John Rowley
Sometimes we have a tendency to complicate things.
Want to be lean, fit and vibrant.
Eat five or six meals a day.
Have those meals consist of lean protein, vegetables & fruits.
Be cautious with complex (starchy) carbs and stay clear of processed foods.
In my new book The Power of Positive Fitness I call these “cautious carbs”.
Get good fats from olive oil, fish oil, etc
Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces.
Pay attention to how your body responds to the foods you eat.
Eat the foods that help you and eliminate the ones that don’t.
Keep it simple.
