Hello Tony, thank you for your question.

In short, the best way to answer this question is to tell you the best time is when you’re your energy is highest, or when your schedule permits. Everyone has different schedules, energy levels and commitments, so often the best time to train is simply when you have time to.

Ideally, if you are trying to lose fat, training earlier in the morning, perhaps before work or school, will be optimal due to the increase in fat burning you will experience for the rest of the day as a result of your training session.

If your goal is to put on muscle, and your schedule allows it, training later in the day will allow you to have consumed more calories, or energy, which in turn will help you power through your workout.

If energy is a problem for you during your workouts, I encourage you to check out our Super Charge Xtreme Pre-workout Performance supplement, you’ll be glad you did.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Until next time, I am
