    I think it was obvious that Lee was referring to table sugar and not that which is naturally found in many of the foods that we eat.

    Tom M. Just a thought,,,, maybe sugar is why we have the fattest, most un-healthy people in the world! Look at the sugar content in milk and “fruit” juices. We also have one of the highest cancer rates and Im told sugar feeds cancer cells. Yes, we do get some natural sugars from fruits etc…. but we really do not need the extra.

    Is it possible too provide or recommend foods to replace the bad one’s from your list of ten worst foods to eat etc. Also, when reading food labels can you provide list of what is not exceptable to eat and we should not purchases

    I agree that we should try to eliminate most of this stuff in our daily diet. It all goes back to eating foods as close as you can to the way they came naturally. Apple before applesauce, applesauce before apple juice. You get it, I know you do, or you wouldn’t be on this website.
