1 ea. Whole wheat pizza dough
3/4 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 ea. Tomato, thinly sliced
2/3 cup ricotta cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out pizza dough and place onto a pizza pan.
2. Spoon the marinara sauce onto the uncooked dough, then top with tomato slices, chicken and bell peppers.
3. Dollop the ricotta cheese onto the pizza in several places. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.
Serves: 4 (2 slices each)
