    Hello Linda. Since HICA-Max is a branched chain amino acid metabolite and not a pro-hormone, you can safely take this product without undesirable side effects.

    I was wondering , is this safe to take when I take isoflex whey protein shake mix…Animal flex supplement….Animal Pak….No-explode and Cell mass ??? Please get back to me on this…I really don’t want to waste all the stuff I already have. Also, I got all the supplements I have from Bodybuilding.com….one of my all time favorite sites. <3

    Absolutely Linda. HICA MAX is a metabolite of leucine that will not interfere with all of your other supplements. Just make sure that you take each serving on an empty stomach. So for example, you can take the first serving in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast, the second serving before training, and the third serving right after training, 30 minutes before your post workout meal.

    HICA can be taken any time of the day on an empty stomach. At the beginning of the day before breakfast is a good time; so is before and right after training.

    I got this product from bodypower epxo in the UK yesterday can i still take my USN anabolic protien shake with HICA-Max as on the back of the product it says ” do not take with protein” ?

    I usually take a pre work out called Jake3d. Can I take HICA MAX with my pre workout?? And how long do you recommend I wait before I can take protein after taking HICA MAX??
