With summer temperatures reaching the high 90’s and above, now more than ever, I appreciate any opportunity I can get to cool off. I thought it would be great if there were an easy and cool way to enjoy a summer time high protein treat that was easy to make and with minimal ingredients. Enter the ProV60 High-protein Popsicle…
With a minimal three ingredients, you can prepare a cool high-protein treat that is perfect for muscle building and anytime snacking.The Process: With a stick blender, puree one cup frozen peaches until smooth (canned variety works also, just be sure to use fruit that is packed in its own juice or contains “no added sugars”.) Then add in one cup of fat-free whipped topping and two scoops ProV60 Vanilla Protein powder to the mix and stir until all ingredients are well blended.

Divide the mixture into large Popsicle molds, enough to make four large Popsicles and freeze for two hours. With a generous two popsicle servings size which contains 30g of protein, you can easily beat the heat and fuel your muscles at the same time!

These are great to make in the morning and put in the freezer to enjoy anytime you want a refreshing snack. You can easily substitute Strawberries, Pineapple or Blueberries in place of peaches. Feel free to experiment and create your own tasty frozen treat.
