Nothing says healthy like a proper green drink. Today we’re gonna make healthy taste good with this green juice that’s packed with nutrients and fiber all with less than 10 grams of carbs per serving! The perfect way to start your day!
RECIPE
• 150g Kale
• 1 Ounce Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 1/2 Cups (12 Ounces) Water
• 150g Pineapple
• 1 Large Cucumber
• 1/2 Lemon
Makes 4 Drinks
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend it all up
2. Pour!
Tip: If you don’t want to drink the skin or pulp and don’t have a juice just blend everything up and use a cheesecloth to strain everything out!
