Low carbing it? Starting keto? Here’s a low-carb smoothie recipe that has less than 200 calories per serving and is more than filling. This low-carb smoothie is loaded with nutrients, takes only a couple minutes to make, and is sure to kill those sweet cravings!
• 50g Spinach
• 150g Strawberries
• 1 Tablespoon (12g) Chia Seeds
• 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Unsweetened Coconut Milk
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 Tablespoon (7g) Coconut Oil
• 3/4 Scoop (22.5g) Protein Chef Baking Protein
• 1/4 Teaspoon Xanathan Gum
Makes 2 Smoothies
