Mocha Chocolate Protein Brownie

A quick and simple high protein brownie that can be made in no time flat.  Simply mix the ingredients and microwave for less than 1 minute.  Feel free to add in some fat-free whipped topping for good measure (only if you want to!)

mocha1 scoop Iso Leanpro, chocolate
¼ tsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbs. black coffee, chilled
1 Tbs. Date paste
1 Pkt. Truvia

Method of Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, coffee and date paste. Mix until a brownie batter consistency is reached.
2. Pour batter into a small ramekin or coffee mug and heat in microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute at full power. (Some microwaves vary, so please take this into account)

Hint:  Use a small knife to release the brownie from the mug if it doesn’t slide right out.
