3 Delicious Super Shakes Using ISO LeanPro

1. Banana, maple and almond breakfast smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients: 1 cup 1% milk 1 whole banana, sliced into pieces 2 tsp. maple syrup 1 Tbs. Almonds 1 scoop ISO Lean Pro 5 ea. Ice cubes

Method of Preparation 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute.

Ingredients: 1 cup 1% milk 1 scoop Chocolate ISO Lean Pro ½ cup black coffee ½ Tbs. unsweetened coconut flakes (Bob’s Red Mill) 1 Tbs. Dark chocolate chips 5 ea. Ice cubes

Method of Preparation 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute.
