My Personal Diet and Labrada Supplements Use

Being involved with a supplement company has many perks, one of them is being able to experiment with their line of products. I have had the pleasure of being a part of Team Labrada for over a year now. It is fairly well known that many athletes that are sponsored by a company simply do not use their products. Fortunately for me I am involved with a company that makes top of the line quality supplements, and I do use them on an everyday basis.

My Supplement Program-

To demonstrate my use of Labrada supplements it will be easiest to take you through a normal training day.

5am- I train first thing in the morning. I start my day with:

6am- (Training Shake):

9am- Meal 2:

12pm- Meal 3:

  • Lean Protein (chicken, beef or fish)
  • rice
  • vegetables

3pm- Meal 4:

6pm- Meal 5:

9pm Meal 6:

You may look at the above diet and think that it is not optimal due to the amount of shakes. Well it is optimal for me. It lets bodybuilding not interfere with my everyday life. The shakes allow me to get in quick meals in the morning and at work allowing me to never miss meals. The shakes also require very little time cooking, this gives me the time I need in the evenings to spend with my family. Overall I have seen no drawbacks in my physique switching to a 50/50 mix of solid food to shake meals. In fact it has made my journey a lot more enjoyable, and something I will continue with into the upcoming year.
