Chocolate & Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

Guess what? It’s finally time for some delicious creamy protein ice cream! Not only is this recipe quick, all you need is 4 ingredients, a blender, and a spoon! Here’s the recipes for both Chocolate and Vanilla. I’d tell you all about how good it is but… I have some ice cream to finish!

INGREDIENTS
Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2-2 Cups Ice
1 Scoop (50g) Vanilla Labrada Lean Pro8
1-2 Ounces Milk, Milk Substitute, or a Lean Body® Ready-to-drink Protein Shake
3 Tablespoons (46g) Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (Optional)

Chocolate Ice Cream
1 1/2-2 Cups Ice
1 Scoop (50g) Chocolate Labrada Lean Pro8
1-2 Ounces Milk, Milk Substitute, or a Lean Body® Ready-to-drink Protein Shake
3 Tablespoons (46g) Liquid Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons (10g)
Cocoa Powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Add all of your ingredients into a blender that can crush ice
2. Blend until smooth. You may need to stir it a few times and keep blending OR add a bit more liquid in if it’s not blending at all

TIPS
Change up the flavor with different flavored shakes, extracts, and powders
Top it with a chopped-up protein bar
