I was always searching for a supplement that will build muscle on my son. He has always been relatively small for his size 5'2 and 136lbs. While taking this product and working out, he increased 14 lbs of muscle mass which he was very excited. He now manages to stay between 147 and 151 in weight and benches 245 lbs.
