I have tried numerous protein bars over the past several months. Every one i've tried has either been stuffed with sugar, or tastes like sawdust. Once again Labrada blows them all away with a healthy product that also tastes great! I use this as a breakfast bar on the days when I have to be up at 5:30am. Takes care of my hunger and gives me great energy. Having one of those days where it's too early to eat another meal but you need fuel for your workout? Try one of these an hour before the workout and it will power you through.

A friend of mine turned me onto LeanBody GOLD bars and the meal replacement shakes. I have plateaued and have been battleing my weigh since having my twins 5 years ago. I was desparate and ate all of the time. I also have very low blood sugar and have found nothing to help me control my levels.
