I'm 62 years old don't have the best stomach and have used a variety of labrada products over the years never experiencing any problems, swear by them. Use extreme charge before workout which last about two hours and feel great.Make a shake with Hi protein lean body after workout sometimes using blueberries or bannana and ice cubes.One word Awesome!!!

Lean Body is Awesome: I'll mix one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of chocolate using the labrada shaker cup. I workout at 5:30am before work and right after my workout I'll add water and shake away. I still can't believe how EASY it mixes let alone the FLAVOR is out of this world! I can feel the nutrients replenishing my body as I drink the Lean Body. I live in Hollywood Florida and I am a member of LA Fitness. They have a Cafe independently owned and they carry your drinks and powder.
