Recovering and growth

Key to growth is recovery and glutamine does just that. I mix it with my protein shake post work out, also when im sore. This helps minimize soreness. I really like the awesome flavor which I mix in water and takes away the bitter taste of plain glutamine powder. Cheap and highly recommended for any level lifter or athlete.
