It's crazy how time flies, February is already upon us. Before you know it, bathing suit weather will be just around the corner, and for many, this often means playing "catch up" with your diet program.

Fortunately, you're a Lean Body Coaching Club member, so there's no need for you to fall into that trap.

As mentioned in previous newsletters, apart from dedication of course, the two primary components that dictate how lean you get, are the right diet and workout program. 

Of the two, it's the diet component that people find the most confusing, so today we're focussing on some concise, simple to action dietary tips. This weeks article on the subject comes from Team Labrada athlete and registered nurse, Cecile Bayeul.
