Most people who read my books or articles know me as the science guy. A guy who likes to utilize studies and apply research to everyday problems such as weight loss, bodybuilding, and other related topics.

However, sometimes you have to step back from the science, look at the big picture and focus on the experience you've gained in the trenches of your subject.

Over the last 25 years, I've seen literally dozens of fad diets come and go. All claiming hysterically to be THE diet. Often with celebrity endorsements and cool-aid fans. Yet, almost all  flawed in the sense they offered unsustainable results.

Sure, you may lose 20 lbs. by not eating any carbohydrates and living on bacon, but how long can you or do you want to keep that up for? Not long is the answer in my experience of listening too and advising hundreds of clients.

Nutrition, needs to be a lifestyle choice, a choice you make to improve your health, fitness and body fat % permanently. 

It's good to have a goal determined by a time frame, but lifelong health isn't determined by what you do in 4,8 or 12 weeks, it's what you can stick to for life.

The good news, is once you understand the core principles of PERMANENT weight loss you can free yourself from the appeal of fad diets and finally enjoy sustained, healthy fat loss.
 

       

  


   

Incorporating raw veggies into your diet is a great idea for detoxifying your body and supplying it with vitamins and minerals.  

And you don't have to solely rely on garden salads or broccoli to get your fresh veggies.

With a little creativity in the kitchen, you can create filling and delicious fresh veggie recipes combined with muscle building protein sources like chicken breast.
