Don't Let An Injury
Get You Down!
When you've worked diligently to build a great physique, it's a physical and mental kick in the teeth when your muscle mass and conditioning take a backwards step due to serious injury.
I'm currently wearing two braces (shoulder and lumbar spine) and have a procedure scheduled for both knees. I like to think my heart is bigger than my frame, but it is just as fair to say that at times, I didn't have enough common sense to accept my limitations or take sufficient time off to heal or recover.
They say there's no substitute for experience and I've learned some important lessons the hard way.
Today I'm going to share those lessons with you to help you minimize the negative impact a serious injury can inflict on your mind and body.
