Flour-Less Sweet Potatoe Waffle & Chicken

Waffles may make for a tasty, comforting breakfast but they don't score highly on the healthy eating scale. 

Typical waffle recipe uses a lot of flour.

and there's very little nutritional content in flour, just a load of empty calories.

However, I've created a mini culinary marvel here with my Flour-Less recipe - replacing flour with a nutritious sweet potato. 

This recipe already tastes great, so there's no need to fill those deep pockets with warm syrup, instead chop up a strawberry or your favorite fruit.
