Water Bloating.

Contrary to popular belief, it's not ingesting too much water that causes unwanted water retention in your body.

Hey, what does cycling a supplement mean? It says for HICA MAX, "You can take HICA Max on an ongoing basis and it does not have to be cycled".

Sorry, I am new to supplements, when it says "does not have to be cycled", what does that mean exactly?

Hello Shiva, no need to apologize, everybody is a beginner at some point and your question will be of interest to others who are confused over terms like "supplement cycling".

When we stipulate a supplement doesn't need to be cycled, it means there's no benefit to discontinue its use after any given time period. You can take it permanently and its effects will assist you in your goal, for as long as you take it. 

Cycling products, can however be useful in certain situations. For example, some people find pre workout products containing caffeine and other stimulants, become less effective after a few weeks of consistent daily use.

No Need to Cycle HICA-Max

In order to maintain the product's full effect, we can use the cycling principle. There's a couple of ways you can implement cycling effectively.

You can take a week off after every 4 weeks. When you return to using product, the full effect will kick back in again. 

Or you can decide which workouts are your most demanding and use the product on only those days. This simple technique stops your body from building up a tolerance to the benefits.
