Welcome to the Lean Body for Her Newsletter. 
In this week's edition, Kelsey Byers' feature article discusses her thoughts on having a cheat meal.  Personally, I have to limit my cheats because it can be a slippery slope, but it's great if you can find a healthy moderation.

In place of this week's "Ask Jamie" video, I want to share a clip from Mirror Mirror TV, where Kelsey Byers and I had the opportunity to film a very special Mother's Day segment.  This is our first Mother's Day, so this segment is definitely one we'll remember, especially since our babies and husbands were able to join in on the fun. 

This week's recipe is one I created and is super easy to make.  I love taking these bars on trips because they are easy to pack and taste delicious!  If you like eating cake then you'll love these for sure!
