This 2-page journal can be a great asset to your training. For each workout, use the journal to record the results and progress from your workouts, or to start off the week to keep yourself on a set schedule. Print once and copy as needed.

This FREE downloadable journal is a simple single-page chart that allows you to record the essential nutrition facts from each of your meals to track your progress, monitor your own eating habits, or plan ahead for the next day. Print once and copy as needed.
