- Void where prohibited by law. Contestants from the Continental United States and Canada only. The Team Labrada CrossFit Athlete Search ("the search") is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void in all states where prohibited.
- Labrada Nutrition employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible to enter the search.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time you enter the search.
- Incomplete entry registration form may render you disqualified from the search, so please fill out carefully.
- Your entry will be judged based on the information and photos you provide on your entry registration form. Labrada Nutrition will select one male and one female winner to represent Team Labrada. Winners will be selected on or before October 31, 2012. Winners will be determined at judges’ sole discretion. All judges’ decisions are final. All winners will be notified by mail, e-mail, phone, or in person.
- Labrada Nutrition reserves the right to amend the rules or change prizes. In the event of any changes, the grand prize will be of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. Prizes subject to availability. Winners will receive an IRS 1099, and may be subject to gift tax.
- Winning this search grants Labrada Nutrition the irrevocable license to use your name, testimonial, diet, workout, pictures, and any other information related to your participation in the Team Labrada CrossFit Athlete Search for promotional and advertising purposes. All information and materials submitted become sole and exclusive property of Labrada Nutrition.
