		<description>Ihave heavy fat on my upper chest area breast area its really embarresting I notice it  more than others do IREALLY NEED ADVICE on what kind of weight training or exersice I can do to firm or tighten up this area. Iam 190 pounds 5ft.10inchs.male.I BELONG TO A GYM AND TRAINERS ARE TO FEW so I try to do what I COULD.thank you.</description>
