While they may be great exercises for you to perform and yield some great health benefits, they will NEVER help you achieve your weight loss goals by themselves.
The reason for this is because you need to follow a good nutritious fat burning diet in conjunction with your fat loss exercises. Without a diet that follows the MACRONUTRIENT PRINCIPLE, you will be like a ship without a sail. Your body will not have any sense of direction as to how it needs to lose the weight nor address what areas of your body that needs to lose weight. In addition, you will only be able to lose a relatively small amount of weight before you hit the infamous plateau if you choose not to follow a fat burning diet.
The good news is that if you were to follow a diet that obeys the macronutrient principle, in conjunction with performing the right fat loss exercises, you will allow your body to boost its metabolism and blast away at that ugly, unwanted stomach fat.
If that is not enough, by applying some basic weight training routines into your exercise program, you will PERMANENTLY increase your metabolism. Yes, I will repeat that again, permanently increase your metabolism.
So the next time you hear some gibber jabber about how fat loss exercises are all you need to attack your fat, you simply tell them to explain to you the macronutrient principle of dieting and see what they tell you. I can almost guarantee you that they will not have a clue as to what you are saying.
